Shipping Policy
Turner Shoes works with local couriers, allowing orders to be delivered directly to your home or to your nearest post office. I am proud to offer fixed delivery prices.
Your payment will be charged at the time of ordering and all payments must be verified and authorised before orders are shipped, which can take a few days. To prevent card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or orders requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.
Delivery process
My system starts processing your order immediately, which means that I cannot make any changes to your order once it has been placed. I will only deliver to the address provided at the time of ordering. You will only be charged for the products delivered, plus any applicable shipping costs and taxes.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email.
We only ship on weekdays, not on Saturdays or public holidays.
On average, it takes us 1 to 3 business days to process your order, but for some products it may take longer, especially during holiday periods or if your order includes popular items with availability issues. Orders are dispatched once stock has been confirmed.
Delivery
Once the order has been placed and the payment has been confirmed, the order will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. It normally takes on average 5-15 working days for the order to reach you.
Note: The timeframes given are estimates in working days only. I do my best to ensure that your order is delivered on time, but we are not responsible for circumstances beyond my control, such as necessary postal or customs procedures, public holidays, bad weather, labour disputes, protests, etc., which may cause delays exceeding the original delivery time.
The estimated delivery time has expired, where is my order?
In 99% of cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, there can sometimes be delays in the delivery of your order. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email.
